Trip to Kubbar island in there new boat on 1 August 2002 at 6
am .We started our day by filling fuel tank with 86 liter of
petrol and 1 gallon of extra petrol and oil .We took plenty of
food & water .It was a long journey .We kept the direction
of the boat on 129 degree and started our trip at 6 am . After
20 minutes we saw a ship station in the way , which made us
sure that we were on the right direction, there was too much
of humidity we could not see the island , after 45min we
saw the island :) we were really happy , Thank God we didn't
get lost .

| We
reach kubbar island at 7 am , it was really fun swimming and
catching fishes . Kubbar island is some thing really cool . We
didn't believe we were in Kuwait , It was like we r in some
other country like Cyprus , Hawaii or Miami :P a lot of people
, Specially Americans. |

Second day left
Kubbar island at 5 am but the weather was windy and sea was in
bad condition with big waves . So we could not go back .We had
finished all the food and we had only 1 bottle of water left ,
we waited for few hours , we didn't have any other way ,we
waited until the water became ok with small waves , at 8:30
kept the direction of the boat on 305 degree and left kubbar
island . Reach Kuwait ( Salmiya ) at 9:45 am . It was
windy so it took us 1:15 hour to reach Kuwait. Next trip will
be to different islands :) Hope you will enjoy the photo
